Wellington House comes to market as part of Teesside business park transformation
Wellington House, situated at Preston Farm Business Park in Stockton-On-Tees, is being brought to market by property agents Eaton Commercial and Thomas Stevenson, on behalf of family motor business JCT600.
JCT600 acquired the 8,400sq ft two storey building, formerly occupied by global construction firm Costain, as part of its plans to transform part of the business park into the home of a new Porsche Centre for the Teesside region.
The offices, which would offer desk space for up to 50 employees, features an open plan office space with some separate meetings rooms.
Paul Stevenson, director of commercial property agency Thomas Stevenson in Stokesley, said: “This is a great opportunity for a business which wants to be seen – the office building has a fantastic location fronting this busy road which is home to most of the premium car dealerships in the region.
“With parking for up to nearly 50 staff, this is an ideal HQ for a business relocating into the region, or expanding its operations into the North East.
“As almost everyone in the Teesside business community will visit the business park at some point to have their car serviced, there’s no doubt that any business located here will be noticed.
“We expect there to be strong interest from prospective tenants seeking their own ‘front door’ as well as those needing lots of parking.”
