Corporate Christmas Card Problem Solved
Businesses who want to get canny with cards this Christmas can do so with a clever new technology that allows them to personalise each and every customer greeting at the push of a button.
The swift new solution to spending hours writing and signing corporate Christmas cards is Hello Market, the cutting edge software technology from DMP which allows businesses to include a personal message to each and every recipient, no matter how many cards in total are being printed and posted.
As well as using a front cover with the recipient’s name and a personalised message inside, the software can even increase the type size for older customers.
Said Tony Kemp, md of DMP and brains behind the online, simple, free-to-use tool: “Many businesses have too many customers to make handwriting everyone’s card feasible, but it is possible to send personal messages to them all using Hello Market which allows text and images to be highly individualised.”
DMP’s own corporate Christmas card makes use of data to greet every recipient by name and features a personalised message for each client from their account manager. The company is also donating 20p per card to St Gemma’s Hospice.
On the front is an eye-catching stag design and inside is a bespoke greeting and signatures from all the staff.
Said Tony: “We are delighted with our corporate card, which is highly personalised with variable images, messages and content with the double whammy of carrying a donation for a good cause. It was also very quick and easy to create – a definite plus in a busy organisation.
“Using Hello Market has allowed us to reach out to everyone we wanted to, without having to handwrite every card.”
Hello Market, owned and developed by DMP, the Yorkshire-based printer, allows businesses of all sizes to create tailored, personalised, dynamic communications. A sort of ‘Moonpig’ (and much more) for marketing materials, the design software is free to use – and you only pay for what is printed and mailed out.
