Radleigh welcomes children to Christmas events across developments
Children moving on to one of Radleigh Homes’ five newest developments across the region have received an early Christmas treat from the housebuilder at a series of special festive events.
The company arranged for a visit from Santa to its marketing suites at Langley Country Park near Derby and Saxon Fields and Oaklands Park in Ashbourne.
The youngsters were each presented with a special personalised Christmas key by Santa to allow him in on Christmas Eve and a gift, whilst parents were treated to mulled wine and mince pies.
Radleigh staff pulled out all the stops to get into the festive spirit and decorated the marketing suites in a stunning array of festive colours, complemented by beautifully dressed Christmas trees.
Speaking about the events, Danielle Gadsby, marketing manager at Radleigh Homes, said:
“We all thoroughly enjoyed decorating our marketing suites for the festive season and welcoming our new homeowners to our developments for a Christmas get-together.
“It’s lovely to be able to give a little Christmas treat to the young people who will play such a big part in developing the feeling of community on our schemes.
“Getting people together at these events is also a great way for new neighbours to get to know each other in an informal environment and we’d like to wish everyone a very happy Christmas.”
Over the past three decades Radleigh Homes has established an unrivalled reputation for combining stunning design with highly sought after locations to create vibrant communities.
The company participates in the government’s ‘Help to Buy’ scheme, which enables buyers to purchase a house with just a 5% deposit – making the aspiration of a new home achievable for many.
Homebuyers can also reserve their new home before they’ve sold their existing one with the innovative Radleigh ‘One Move’ initiative, alongside a part-exchange scheme.
