Fusion21 Announces Renewal of Facilities Management Framework
Fusion21 has announced the renewal of its national Compliance and Facilities Management Framework – offering a potential combined worth of up to £290 million, over a four year period.
The framework offers 17 lots covering the following areas: asbestos; water hygiene; fire safety; electrical safety; and facilities management – and is now available on the mytenders web portal – www.mytenders.org
For the first time, new lots for Passive Fire Safety and Retrofit Maintenance have been added.
Phil Woodhead, Facilities Management Framework Manager at Fusion21, said: “We have enhanced the scope of this specialist framework to better support property compliance needs – whilst ensuring members will continue to generate greater efficiency savings.
“The new framework will also make Direct Award call-offs easier – a huge benefit to members – including those working within the Education and Blue Light sectors.”
“We welcome applications from interested organisations that meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation.”
The submission deadline for the Compliance and Facilities Management Framework is Thursday 19 January 2017 at 16:00 GMT.
