Bebington Glazing reflects on successful year in business
The team at Bebington Glazing is reflecting on a successful year in business following a series of notable industry affiliations, contract wins and staff development.
Headed by Managing Director Kay Finlay, the independently ran Wirral based firm has carried out more than 750 commercial and domestic projects spanning across the North West over the past 12 months.
In addition to a collaboration with the UK’s largest manufacturer of uPVC products SafeChoice, Kay and the team struck up several prominent affiliations with renowned industry professionals such as Bridgestone Construction, Roofcare and Redwing Living.
Kay said: “This year we have experienced many new company developments, which have resulted in an influx in collaborations with big name brands in the construction industry. As part of our SafeChoice partnership for instance, this also resulted in a complete overhaul of our public showroom to showcase the prestigious brand’s most sought-after products. By joining forces with a diverse range of industry professionals, this compliments the services in which we provide and has furthered our recognition and credibility on a regional scale.
“As we have secured such a varied consortium of contracts over the past 12 months, in response to the increased demand we have undergone many staff appointments and developments. In line with our budding apprenticeship scheme, which was set up to tackle the skills shortage and inspire the next generation, this year we have created two new permanent roles within the company and hope to further this number following in 2017’s apprentice intake.”
Bebington Glazing has become renowned across the North West for specialising in bespoke glass installation and repairs on both residential and commercial properties. In addition to glazing services, the independent firm also fits safety glass, lead lights, glass balconies and balustrades.
Kay added: “With the New Year fast approaching, now is a very exciting time for the team and I as we look ahead to the upcoming projects and prepare for further company developments. Already we have secured partnerships with Thomas Sanderson Blinds, Huck Construction and an independent property management company to name a few, so we are looking forward to broadening our spectrum of services and specialisms. Here’s to opening a window of opportunity in 2017.”
