Alderbrooke appoints Eugene Burke as new senior advisor

Alderbrooke, the people analytics and executive search consultancy, has today announced the appointment of Eugene Burke as a Senior Advisor to its diagnostic & people analytics team.

Eugene has more than thirty years’ experience in talent management, psychometrics and analytics including leadership roles in R&D, Product Management and Consultancy for SHL and more recently CEB as Chief Science & Analytics Officer. Eugene’s work for clients in the private and public sectors covers optimising recruitment processes, innovating assessment methods and technologies, decision making in crisis situations and improving the return on high-potential programmes. Eugene is an advisor to the CIPD on people analytics.

Eugene began his career as a Research Psychologist supporting the Royal Air Force’s selection programmes and the UK Ministry of Defence as a Principal Psychologist.
