New recruit for West Lancs financial firm Acumen
West Lancashire firm Acumen Financial Partnership has added to its growing team with the appointment of a new Financial Planning Executive.
Joanne Wilden, DipPFS, joins the independent financial advisers from Charles Stanley in Liverpool and becomes Acumen’s second appointment in a 12-month period which also saw the firm move to new premises in Burscough and break the £100m barrier for funds under management.
Joanne, who is from Southport, has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector having worked previously at ADA Independent Financial Advisers in Southport and Griffiths & Armour Insurance Brokers in Liverpool, along with David Roberts & Partners and Plus Group.
Angela Maher, managing director at Acumen Financial Partnership, said:
“Having another new face join our team is the perfect way to start 2017 and we’re proud to welcome Joanne aboard.
“Joanne holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and has spent 11 years as a paraplanner so we’re gaining a very knowledgeable and experienced new member of staff.”
Joanne becomes the third member of Charles Stanley’s private client team in Liverpool to join Acumen following IFA Jenny Jones and trainee Financial Services Associate Julie Cranny.
