Sanderson Weatherall announce the launch of holiday and caravan park division

Sanderson Weatherall, the Leeds-based chartered surveyor and property consultancy, has launched a specialist holiday and caravan park division.

This announcement follows on from the rebrand of Edwards and Partners, which was acquired by Sanderson Weatherall in 2013.

Sanderson Weatherall has now incorporated and rebranded the firm to launch its holiday and caravan park division.

The team at Edwards and Partners, which will now form Sanderson Weatherall’s new division, have been operating for 40 years and dealt with over 1,500 park sales in England, Scotland and Wales.

Martin Archer, finance director at Sanderson Weatherall, said: “With such an outstanding reputation in the holiday and caravan park market, we are thrilled to have the team from Edwards and Partners leading our new division.

“We will deliver a range of holiday and caravan park services nationwide from our network of UK offices; including sales and valuations, planning, business rates advice and architecture and design.”

Sanderson Weatherall is an independently owned firm of UK Chartered Surveyors, property consultants and business asset advisors, with offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Exeter, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Teesside and York.

The firm employs over 200 people and has a turnover of £15m.
