Radleigh launches third phase of Langley Country Park
Leading Midlands housebuilder Radleigh Homes has launched phase three of its Langley Country Park development, which features two of its most popular house types.
An idyllic country park development, Langley Country Park on Radbourne Lane is highly sought-after with families, couples and single professionals alike, thanks to the variety of house styles available. The scheme comprises of a selection of two, three, four and five bedroom detached and semi-detached properties.
Phase three has been named ‘Woodlands Green’ to reflect its stunning location overlooking the adjacent woodland. It features a collection of four and five bedroom detached properties in a secluded spot at the top of the development with unrivalled views over the picturesque Derbyshire countryside.
Woodlands Green also features the four bedroom Carsington and the five bedroom Willow, two of Radleigh’s most popular house types to date.
The Carsington has a contemporary country-inspired feel, with a spacious, well-planned interior. With four bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms, along with separate lounge, dining room and study, along with a double garage, it’s perfect for growing families looking to upsize.
The Willow is also a firm favourite with home buyers - thanks to its spacious ground floor and large, open plan family space, which incorporates a kitchen, diner, separate utility room and a family room that leads out onto a spacious garden. It also has a light and airy lounge and separate drawing room.
Upstairs are five bedrooms, two of which are en suite, and a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Outside is a double integral garage.
As with all Radleigh properties, the build quality and attention is second to none. Each property has energy efficient boilers, cavity insulation in the walls, roof and floors and double glazing in every window and door.
The views over the surrounding countryside are pretty special; yet despite being in a rural setting, Langley Country Park boasts excellent commuter links, both to Derby, Birmingham and further afield, thanks to its proximity to the A50. The development also falls within the catchment area of the highly regarded Ecclesbourne school in Duffield.
Speaking of the launch of ‘Woodlands Green’, Natalie Griffiths, head of sales at the Radleigh Group, said:
“It may be located just five minutes outside of the city centre, but the moment you head down Radbourne Lane to Langley Country Park, you get the feeling you’ve stumbled upon a real rural haven.
“Woodlands Green offers stunning views over the countryside and is ideal for anyone who wants to live a rural location but with easy access to Derby and the rest of the Midlands.
“Anyone interested in purchasing a plot at this outstanding countryside location should contact us or pop into the marketing suite to find out more,” added Natalie.
Two-bedroom homes start from £134,400 using the government’s Help to Buy scheme. The four bedroom Carsington starts from £450,000 and the five bedroom Willow starts from £465,000.
Radleigh Homes has more than three decades of home-building experience in the East Midlands and combines stunning design with highly sought after locations to create vibrant and exciting communities.
The company participates in the government’s ‘Help to Buy’ scheme, which enables buyers to purchase a house with just a 5% deposit. Homebuyers can also reserve their new home before they’ve sold their existing one with its innovative Radleigh ‘One Move’ initiative, alongside a part-exchange scheme.
