New customer services manager for Simon Jersey
Uniform design company Simon Jersey has appointed a customer services manager to look after both catalogue and key account customers.
Simon Woods has joined with the brief of maintaining high quality communication and establishing the company as the industry leader for customer service.
He has already implemented new processes to ensure customer queries are answered first time and will be responsible for implementing further policies that simplify the service received by Simon Jersey’s 50,000 customers in the UK and beyond.
Simon, from Oswaldtwistle, brings a wealth of experience having worked in customer services for eight years with brands including The Carphone Warehouse and Virgin Media. Most recently he oversaw the successful implementation of a new customer services model for Active Win Media in Manchester.
He said: “Simon Jersey has a reputation as being the industry leader for well-designed and high quality workwear. I want to ensure that all of our customers get the best possible service every time they speak to us with simple, efficient and effective systems.
“There’s a great team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable advisors here at Simon Jersey and I’m looking forward to further developing our offering over the coming months.”
