Leeds executive search firm acquires neighbouring office space as part of 2017 expansion plans
Charlton Morris, the Leeds-based executive search firm, has announced its expansion plans for 2017.
The company recently completed the acquisition of the neighbouring office space to its current Park Row site, and teamed up with Leeds-based Time Limit Interiors to create a brand new working environment in the city
Since launching in 2013, Charlton Morris has grown from 9 consultants to 41 today, split across offices in Leeds and Copenhagen.
The expansion will create room for another 20 seats in Leeds, as well as meeting, recreational and video conferencing areas.
Andy Shatwell, managing director, said: “We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved in our 3 and a half years, but we also know how important it is to look to the future.
“This expansion will keep us on Park Row for at least another 2 years, and ensures that we can keep our reputation as one of the best working environments in Leeds”.
As well as the office undergoing a facelift, the company culture is also getting a revamp with the introduction of cut working hours, unlimited holiday for senior consultants, free gym membership and extended lunches.
Charlton Morris specialise in the placement of professionals across the Life Science, Medical Device and Energy sectors, with a focus on niche and hard-to-fill roles. Since 2013, the company has placed candidates in more than 50 countries across 6 continents.
