Australian investment firm acquires Bradford industrial estate
An Australian property investment company has acquired an industrial estate in Bradford from supermarket group Morrisons.
The Sydney-based firm has appointed Carter Towler to manage the 33,586 sq ft Enterprise 5 Estate in the city.
Tim Rhodes, Carter Towler director, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be looking after the company’s assets in Bradford.
“Enterprise 5 Industrial Park comprises 17 units, the majority of which are already let. We will be assisting with identifying further suitable tenants for the empty properties, as well as providing the full range of professional management services.
“It’s fantastic to see another Australian organisation showing such confidence in the City – it’s just what Bradford needs.
“First we had Westfield’s Broadway scheme and just before Christmas Redfern Travel has been purchased by Brisbane based Corporate Travel Management.”
