Regus set to fit out office space at The Waterfront in Shipley
The Leeds agency team at CBRE has acquired a 7,454 sq ft office suite for Regus at The Waterfront in Shipley, Bradford.
The landlord Sisu Mills Limited was represented by the Leeds offices of GVA and JLL.
Regus, the serviced office provider, has confirmed a fit out is planned for early this year in preparation for a Q2 opening.
The site will house almost 90 workstations and offer a range of options for businesses and professionals including co-working space, virtual office services, meeting rooms and several offices of varying sizes.
Regus expects demand from small businesses, startups and remote workers, as well as national companies opening satellite offices and establishing a footprint in the region.
Located in Shipley on the banks of the Leeds to Liverpool Canal, The Waterfront comprises a 4 storey office building designed in a traditional mill style to complement it being adjacent to the landmark Salts Mill.
Jonathan Shires, senior director at CBRE Leeds, said: “We are delighted to secure the latest deal at The Waterfront on behalf of Regus.
“The company is already receiving strong interest from independent businesses seeking flexible workspace on flexible terms from as little as one hour to a day, or for many years.”
