Castlegate Wants Your Unwanted Smellies
Did you get some unwanted smellies for Christmas? Don’t let them go to waste – Castlegate wants them!
Whether it’s lavender talc or yet another lynx set, don’t just put them at the back of your airing cupboard, bring them down to the Stockton-based shopping centre.
Tracey Surtees, Acting Centre Manager, said: “We are again collecting items for Billingham/Stockton Food Bank who would love to distribute your unwanted toiletries throughout the local community.
“I like everybody else have been guilty of chucking out bags of toiletries but everything in a good, usable condition is accepted and people are so grateful for anything.
“Products like shampoo and conditioner, deodorant, shower gel and moisturisers are wanted – you can drop them all off at our designated collection point outside B&M throughout January” added Tracey.
Jill Coyle of Billingham/Stockton Food Bank added: “If you’ve got some unwanted gift sets or smellies this Christmas, please pop them into Castlegate and we’ll ensure they’ll get to people who need them in the area.”
