Rotherham manufacturer set for growth and job creation with £400k fund
A Rotherham-based manufacturer and supplier of ‘A’ rated UPVC windows and doors is set to create new jobs with an investment into a 5,000 sq ft property extension and new machinery.
Building Product Solutions Ltd. has secured a £400k term loan from NatWest towards the purchase of land and construction of the extension.
An additional £400k credit line from Lombard Business Finance, NatWest’s Asset Finance arm has also been secured to purchase a specialist fully automated glass assembly line machinery.
The equipment, which will increase production capacity, is expected to enter operation early 2017.
Founded in 2009, Building Product Solutions Ltd has an annual turnover of around £6m and employs around 70 staff. The new facility will enable growth up to £10m.
Director Lynne Darwin said: “We are a growing business and NatWest has supported our needs since establishment, providing us with the finance we require to expand our business.
Steve Mayor, NatWest relationship director, added: “Building Products Solutions is a dynamic and ambitious business. It has a sound business model and it has been really rewarding to work with the management team on their growth plans, which are helping to create new jobs.”
Dan Taylor, Lombard Asset Finance relationship manager, also commented: “Financial support will allow the company to automate its processes, helping to drive efficiencies across operations and for customers.”
