New Year, New Home for North West Homeowners
This New Year’s Eve was a night to remember for 376 North West families who brought in 2017 as Countryside homeowners.
The last 12 months has seen savvy homeowners secure new homes at several developments across the region, plus 36 additional off-plan reservations at six new sites that are set to launch in early 2017.
Many of the region’s buyers took advantage of the Government’s Help to Buy scheme to secure their new home in time for Christmas, requiring just a 5% deposit and enjoying a 20% five-year interest-free loan.
Peter Vella, Regional Sales and Marketing Director at Countryside, commented: “This year has seen some significant developments for Countryside, including an exciting new partnership with Knowsley Council and the launch of our Midlands office. This year is already looking up for the region’s house hunters, as we’re preparing to launch a number of new developments throughout Greater Manchester and Merseyside.”
