Work begins on prestigious luxury housing project for Hoylandswaine

WORK has begun on a prestigious new high quality family housing development in the picturesque South Yorkshire village of Hoylandswaine near Barnsley.

Swaine Meadow is the latest project from award winning Yorkshire property developer Conroy Brook.

The ten four and five bedroom detached homes on the site will look out over acres of unspoilt Green Belt in one of the most sought after areas of South Yorkshire.

The energy efficient properties will all have German Karl Benz kitchens teamed with the latest Silestone worktops, Siemens appliances and even a Quooker boiling water tap, while the bathrooms and en suites will be similarly luxurious featuring Swiss Laufen sanitary ware.

All Conroy Brook properties also feature the latest 6E wiring which enables the discreet distribution of internet, entertainment (TV, satellite and music), computer and communication systems around the home.

Demand is expected to be high with prices for the properties starting from £389,950 and going up to £649,950.

“This is exactly the sort of project we enjoy working on the most,” said Conroy Brook CEO Richard Conroy.

“Ours is a family–owned business that has won more than 50 awards for design and construction excellence.

“For over 40 years we have created outstanding, craftsmen-built developments of the highest quality and we are confident that Swaine Meadow will be a great addition to our portfolio of developments.

“It is a fantastic, unique location perfect for one of our bespoke developments, an edge of village setting with great amenities but still affording great views and privacy.”

Swaine Meadow follows the already highly acclaimed Summerford development of 13 luxury properties in the nearby village of Ingbirchworth - a joint venture with Yorkshire Water’s sister company, Keyland Developments Ltd.

Most of the Summerford homes have already been sold or reserved as the project approaches a spring 2017 completion, with just one final plot available.

Both sites are just minutes away from Junction 37 of the M1, making access to Sheffield and South Yorkshire and Leeds and West Yorkshire easy.
