New apartments go on sale
A collection of 36 apartments have been released for sale at Haywood Village.
The Quadrant by Persimmon Homes Severn Valley comprises one and two-bedroom apartments that sit above an exclusive retail space, which will accommodate up to four businesses.
Construction work started earlier this month with the homes now available to buy off-plan. Its location within Haywood Village on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare is perfect for first-time buyers, young professionals and those looking to downsize.
“We have had a great deal of interest in these apartments,” said Steve Roche, managing director for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley.
“This is down to the combination of its location and incentives such as the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme.”
The Quadrant offers seven different property styles for buyers to choose from, ranging from The Chinook – a stylish one bedroom apartment with open plan living area and a spacious balcony, to The Merlin – a generous two-bedroom apartment with an en-suite to the master bedroom and Juliette balcony.
“Haywood Village is turning into a vibrant new community as we bring much-needed homes and employment opportunities to the area,” continued Steve. “The development is unlike anything we’ve built in Weston-super-Mare before and from the very start we felt it would be something special. It is of no surprise that homes are selling quickly and we expect the same level of demand for these new apartments. We would therefore encourage people to come and see us before it’s too late.”
Haywood Village boasts views of the Mendip Hills and is within reach of the main town, yet will still have easy access to the motorway and excellent rail connections from Weston-super-Mare station.
Prices at The Quadrant start from £129,995.
