Securitas UK becomes newest tenant an Courtyard 31 in Normanton
Security company Securitas UK has been announced as the newest tenant at Courtyard 31 in Normanton.
Carter Towler’s office agency team secured Securitas UK a 3,830 sq ft office building at the business park by way of a new 10 year lease.
Philip Shopland-Reed, senior surveyor at Carter Towler, said: “We are extremely pleased that Securitas has chosen to locate their offices at Courtyard 31.
“It demonstrates their confidence that the high quality of the buildings and their convenient location can provide them with a base in the area for many years to come.
“Securitas is a well-respected company and it’s fantastic that they were willing to make such a long term commitment to the property.”
There are just two buildings remaining at Courtyard 31 which consists of 9 air-conditioned, two-storey, self-contained office buildings all with private parking.
