PTT launches helicopter flight experiences across North East
Pilot training and testing specialist PTT Aviation is inviting people to take to the skies in style with the launch of their new helicopter flying experiences.
Ranging from a six-minute ‘Buzz Flight Experience’ to the scenic ‘Durham Dash’ with its breathtaking views of the City of Durham, the flights provide a unique opportunity to experience the thrill of flying.
With prices starting from only £39 the helicopter pleasure flights make the ideal gift for friends and family - whilst those looking for something extra special can arrange a bespoke flight experience to a destination of their choice. The helicopter flying experiences which are already available at PTT Leeds Bradford, can now be purchased at its Durham Tees Valley flight centre.
Craig McLeod, Managing Director of Naljets and PTT said: “There’s nothing like the thrill of taking to the skies in a helicopter or small aircraft – it’s a completely different experience to flying on a commercial airline. Our helicopter pleasure flights and flight training experiences are a superb way to enjoy the freedom of flying first hand – whether you’re a budding aviation enthusiast or keen to try something new in 2017. They could even be the start of a real aviation adventure and a possible future in the skies!”
PTT Aviation’s flight training schools at Durham Tees Valley, Newcastle and Leeds Bradford Airports offers flight training and testing for all levels. Its fleet of 30 aircraft include helicopters, single and twin prop planes as well as access to business class private jets. All three schools also have advanced flight simulators, manufactured by the leading flight simulator company, Alsim – ideal for budding flying students, old and young alike.
