New Martin & Co Hillsborough branch manager

SHEFFIELD estate agency Martin & Co has appointed a new manager for its Hillsborough branch office.

Anita Nel worked in property in her native South Africa for more than ten years before moving to Britain four years ago and settling in Sheffield.

She has previously worked as both a property manager and a negotiator for Martin & Co.

“I am delighted to be managing our Hillsborough office,” Anita said. “This is a very family orientated area of the city and the property market reflects that, with a good mix of traditional housing and apartments proving particularly popular with couples and younger families wanting both to rent or to get their foot on the home owner ladder.”

Martin & Co is part of the largest letting and property management franchise business in the UK, with a network of 192 offices across the country.
