New HR Advisor Appointed at Reality HR
~~Basingstoke-based Reality HR is making a strong start to 2017 with the appointment of Carrie-Ann Jones as a new HR Advisor. This appointment will bring the total number of employees at the HR Consultancy to 14 and the company now provides outsourced HR services to around 100 SMEs across the south.
Carrie-Ann from Tadley, near Basingstoke, brings more than 10 years’ industry experience to Reality HR gained from working as an HR Advisor across a wide variety of industries including healthcare, construction, retail and automotive.
In her new role, Carrie-Ann will provide support to the HR Consultants at Reality HR and will handle clients’ day-to-day issues, which can be many and varied. Advising managers on how to resolve certain situations relating to employees and the procedures to follow when issues such as absence, performance and disciplinary action arise are all part of Carrie-Ann’s new role.
Carrie-Ann commented: “I’m delighted to have been taken on by Reality HR and extremely excited about the future opportunities that working for this company will bring me. I’m looking forward to enhancing my HR skills and abilities, whilst working with a growing company whose focus is around people, which is my passion!”

Outside of work, Carrie-Ann enjoys reading and spending time with her family, watching her son play football most weekends whatever the weather! -Ends-
