Anthony appointed director at Outwrite

Award-winning digital PR agency Outwrite has appointed Anthony Bullick as a director.

Anthony will work alongside founder and managing director Tracy North to continue to grow and position Outwrite as the go-to PR agency.

Anthony has also now become a shareholder in the business, which he joined in a junior role just under five years ago.

In February 2015 he became head of digital at the firm, where he was instrumental in an award-winning integrated PR campaign. He is the only chartered PR practitioner in North Wales, and one of just 150 in the UK.

As well as being treasurer for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations’ North West committee, he is also a committee member for the Institute of Directors (IoD) North Wales.

Anthony was shortlisted for two industry awards in 2015 and regularly delivers educational digital PR and SEO workshops to businesses seeking to up-skill their in-house personnel.

He is a regular commentator for the PR and social media industry, including writing a four-weekly column for the Daily Post, North Wales’ flagship title.

He said: “It’s exciting times both in our industry and here at Outwrite with a growing number of businesses seeking an integrated approach to marketing.

“I’m looking forward to the new role and helping the agency become even more successful over the next few years.”

Managing director Tracy North said: “Anthony is an ideal appointment as an Outwrite director.

“Since joining us in 2012 he has been vital for our development into a fully fledged digital PR agency, with his digital expertise an important asset as we continue to grow.”

Outwrite was founded in 1994 and specialises in PR, social media marketing and SEO (search engine optimisation).

Traditionally a media relations firm, Outwrite’s skillset, combined with the increasing benefits of PR to online marketing such as SEO, has resulted in an increase in businesses requesting an integrated approach to their profile-raising and reputation-management.

Its growing client list includes the Wales Air Ambulance, civil engineering firm Jones Bros, engineering, environmental and planning consultancy Caulmert, and North Wales-based Wynne Construction.
