Get on housing ladder at Hebburn buyers weekend
Local housebuilder, Barratt Homes North East, is helping prospective homebuyers across the region with a First-Time Buyer event this month. The event will give buyers the opportunity to discuss their needs with the sales team, as well as gain advice on the Help to Buy scheme.
The First-Time Buyer weekend will be held at Barratt Homes’ The Maples development on Monkton Lane, Hebburn, on the 18th and 19th February. Throughout the weekend, expert sales advisers will be on hand to provide advice to first-time buyers on the various buying schemes, mortgages and the application process.
Fenton Hewitt, Sales Director at Barratt Homes North East, commented:
“When buying a new home there is a lot to take into consideration, particularly for a first-time buyer, and it can often become overwhelming. There are many ways that we can help people get onto the property ladder and we wanted to host this event to provide buyers with the opportunity to get some quality face-to-face advice from our expert sales teams and discuss any requirements. The Maples is a fantastic development for young families and first-time buyers, so I would highly recommend that prospective buyers pay us a visit during the weekend.”
