Vita Student offers sneak peak inside Circle Square residence
Accommodation provider Vita Student has today revealed images of its upcoming residence at Circle Square, Manchester’s new £750m city centre neighbourhood.
The Oxford Road development, which is already 30% booked, comprises 716 apartments across two buildings along with an on-site cinema, karaoke areas, private dining rooms and study space.
Opening in September 2017, the scheme will offer students a choice of self-contained studios, five-bedroom suites with shared lounges and small number of duplex apartments with private balconies.
Vita Student’s Circle Square residence will also house twin occupancy studios with two beds.
Managing director Lee Mclean said: “Our Circle Square residence marks the next generation of our Vita Student product, bigger and better than ever before.
“Our marketing suite has already been packed with students wanting to find out more and at 30% let before we’ve even launched, we’re in a really good place.”
Lee added: “With themes of innovation, collaboration and community running throughout the building and indeed Circle Square, it will be an exceptional place to live and I’m looking forward to opening the doors in September.”
Manchester-headquartered Vita Student’s other big development in the city, located at First Street, has been sold out since its launch in 2014.
The firm is confident its Circle Square base will alleviate the demand for new accommodation.
