Manchester United app launch heralds ‘next phase of innovation’
Manchester United have today (February 16) announced the launch of their official MUTV app.
Available for download from the Apple and Google Play stores in 165 countries, the app gives United’s 659m worldwide followers the ability to live stream MUTV for a monthly subscription fee.
Exclusive content on the mobile platform will include live commentary and near-live broadcasts of all Manchester United games, analysis from club legends, interviews and documentaries.
The MUTV app will also offer access to live Jose Mourinho press conferences, replays of classic matches and daily MUFC news.
Richard Arnold, United’s group managing director, said: “The MUTV app is the next phase of innovation at Manchester United.
“It allows our global family of 659m followers to access the magic of Manchester United past and present direct to their mobile devices.”
