Caddick Construction drives home luxury car showroom
Work has been completed on a brand new Farnell Jaguar Land Rover retailer located on Scott Hall Road, Leeds, adding to Caddick Construction’s expanding car showroom portfolio.
The £3.8m contract was completed on time and to budget by the Yorkshire based contractor for Farnell Land Rover, part of Vertu Motors plc.
The refurbishment programme has seen the demolition of the Mini showroom and the conversion of the existing BMW showroom to a new Farnell Jaguar Land Rover retailer. The work included a high specification, external wall cladding, glazing, and an internal fit out with glazing, partitions and floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
Andrew Murray, Managing Director at Caddick Construction, comments: “We’re proud to add another successfully completed car retailer to our flourishing automotive portfolio, which also includes BMW and Mini, SEAT SKODA, Vauxhall, Porsche and The Car People. The retailer was an absolute pleasure to work on.”
Andy Johnson, Group Property Director at Vertu Motors plc, said: “We’re thrilled to open a new Farnell Jaguar Land Rover retailer in Leeds to complement our existing retailers in the area. Caddick’s expertise is evident in the finished retailer, which looks fantastic and fitting for its prominent location on a major road into Leeds city centre.”
