Site manager appointed to new homes in Penarth

Paul Oakley has been appointed to oversee the creation of 74 new homes at David Wilson Homes’ latest development in Penarth.

With more than 20 years in the construction industry site manager Paul has a wealth of experience in delivering five star homes.

“Paul is playing a pivotal role in the construction of Manor Park,” said David Wilson Homes sales director, Richard Lawson. “He has a proven track record in delivering quality homes and we are delighted to have him on board.”

Paul said: “Manor Park is a very exciting development with excellent schools nearby, perfect for growing families. The homes are of a very high quality and in a great location close to Cardiff.”

Manor Park in Penarth will provide 74 new three, four and five bedroom homes with the show home due to open this month.
