TIS Provide Sweet Solution For Thorntons PLC

Nottinghamshire-based TIS, the UK’s leading independent fire, security and communication specialists have successfully come to the aid of prestigious chocolatier Thorntons PLC at their head office in Derbyshire.

The iconic chocolatiers had an ongoing problem with its Milestone CCTV system and were unable to get anyone competent to resolve the issues, until TIS stepped in.

After having additional cameras added, Thorntons were unable to view any of the new images on their system. With other companies failing to find a solution, TIS’ expert knowledge was called upon and on their first site visit managed to discover the problem. They then went on to rectify the issue, providing Thorntons with the solution that it required.

TIS sent senior technical tngineer, Nick Kempson to review the site, with his enviable skill set and vast amount of experience he was quickly able to both determine and solve the problems being experienced and make the system fully operational. Further recommendations were then put forward to improve the stability of the system and prevent further failures.
