Last chance to buy in Willington
Time is running out if you are thinking of buying a brand new home in Willington.
There are less than 20 properties remaining at the Charles Church site on Surtees Drive.
Known as The Ridings, the development has a range of three and four-bedroom homes available.
Christine Cooper, sales and marketing director for Charles Church Durham, said the company had recently experienced a period of strong sales.
She said: “The Ridings has attracted home buyers from all over Durham, with the promise of beautifully designed homes in equally attractive surroundings.
“Nestled within the picturesque Wear Valley, yet within easy reach of Durham and Bishop Auckland, the development offers the perfect location for first-time buyers, growing families or those looking to downsize.
“I’d urge anyone interested in purchasing a home at The Ridings to act fast before the final few properties are snapped up.”
Home buyers can also benefit from the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which means people only need a five percent deposit to buy their own home. A 75 percent mortgage is also needed with the Government supplying the remaining 20 percent in the form of an equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years.
Christine added: “We would encourage home buyers to visit our sales office to find out how we can help them.”
Prices start from £149,950.
The sales office is open from Thursday to Monday, 11am-6pm, or call 01388 205 513.
