Deal signed to market homes
Developer Mulberry Homes Yorkshire has signed an exclusive deal with a North Yorkshire-based estate agent to market its latest development.
The company has selected Carver Residential to help sell homes at its 32-home scheme in Colburn, near Catterick.
Work on the development, known as Beckfield, began in November 2016 with completion set for September this year.
Mulberry, in partnership with Swale Valley Construction, is building a range of two, three and four-bedroom properties for sale and rent. These will include affordable homes designed to get people on the property ladder.
Andrew Garrens, from Mulberry Homes Yorkshire, said: “We are delighted to have signed a deal with Carver Residential to market our new homes at Beckfield.
“We were keen to enter into partnership with a local estate agent and Carver Residential is well known and respected throughout North Yorkshire.
“Interest in the scheme is already high, with several plots already reserved, and we expect demand to increase further with Carver Residential now marketing the properties on our behalf.”
James Carver, of Carver Residential, said: “As a family-run company with branches in Richmond, Northallerton, Darlington, Yarm and Newton Aycliffe, we are committed to helping people find and buy high quality, affordable homes in North Yorkshire.
“The homes being built by Mulberry in Colburn certainly meet this criteria and we are looking forward to working with the company to market the properties and to help people onto the property ladder.”
The homes are being marketed from the Carver Residential branch in Richmond market place. For further information telephone: 01748 825 317 or email richmond@carvergroup.co.uk
