Turner Little acquires new HQ office building in York
Turner Little, the company formation agents, has purchased an office building of just under 3,000 sq ft in York in order to accommodate business expansion.
The unit at Pioneer Business Park, Clifton Moor, York will provide a new HQ for the business which operates in 25 locations.
Founded by Granville Turner and James Turner in 1998, Turner Little is a specialist in company formations, banking, corporate services, credit analysis and correction, and trusts.
A large part of its business is generated from an existing customer base, as well as customer and professional referrals, particularly from accountancy and legal practices.
James Turner explained: “We are excited at the prospect of relocating our HQ to Pioneer Business Park, once fit out work has been completed. The new building will provide much needed expansion space to accommodate our growth.”
He continued: “Pioneer Business Park is ideally situated to afford excellent access to our staff and clients alike.”
Richard Flanagan of Flanagan James Property Consultants in York, who advised the owners, a private investment company, added: “We are pleased to have been able to assist the vendors in the sale of this office building to Turner Little.
“There was significant Interest in this particular opportunity and Turner Little were selected as the preferred purchaser following a comprehensive marketing campaign.”
