Deliveroo reaches 100 cities in the UK
On-demand food delivery service Deliveroo, today launched in Newport, making it now available in 100 towns and cities across the UK.
Since launching in London in 2013, Deliveroo now partners with over 8,000 restaurants in the UK. This expansion has multiplied over the past year with 15 new locations already launched since in 2017 alone.
The increased expansion comes as Deliveroo launches its first TV ad campaign which centres on “the memorable moments” we have around food, from first dates to picnics on the beach and the first bite of the wedding cake.
Dan Warne, UK & Ireland Managing Director at Deliveroo: “Only 4 years ago, our founder and CEO made his first delivery, 4 years on, we now deliver to 100 cities and towns right across the UK. The pace of our growth demonstrates how the British public are embracing the move to get great food from great restaurants delivered straight to their door.”
