Kimberly Rental Group Limited snaps up Cedar Park warehouse in Rothwell

Kimberly Rental Group Limited has signed a 10-year lease for a 21,714 sq ft warehouse on Cedar Park in Rothwell.

Acting on behalf of In-site Property Solutions, Cushman & Wakefield secured the letting with Kimberly Rental Group, which operates in the power access hire market.

This is the eighth depot for Kimberly Rental Group situated throughout the UK.

The company has relocated from its current depot in Pontefract to the new premises, which has recently undergone a substantial refurbishment.

The self contained warehouse is situated on a 1.5 acre site with a substantial service yard, a big pull for Kimberly Rental Group Limited. The letting to Kimberly Group leaves c.8,000 sq ft available at Cedar Park.
