Property Sold for over £500,000 at February’s East Yorkshire Property Auction
The results are in and it’s another fantastic Auction in East Yorkshire for IAM Sold. The auction, which was held on Wednesday 22nd February at The Village Hotel in Hull, raised over £2.5 million in sales and achieved an 83% success rate selling 19 of the 23 lots available.
Among the properties sold at auction were:
4 Westfield Park, Elloughton – An extremely spacious 6 bedroomed detached house situated over three floors. The property sold for an outstanding £521,200 achieving £31,200 above the starting price.
24 The Leases, Beverley – A 3 bedroomed detached bungalow with over 1200 square foot of space sold for £44,000 over the starting price achieving £274,000.
30 Brook Street, Driffield – This 3 bedroomed terraced house sold for £68,000, £8,000 over the starting price.
