Wall of love at Telford Centre
Romance is in the air at Telford Shopping Centre, with a ‘wall of love’ displaying hundreds of sweetheart messages in New Row.
Katie Broome, marketing manager for Telford Shopping Centre, said: “Valentine’s Day is a key date in our calendar, with thousands of shoppers heading into the centre to find the perfect card and gift for their loved ones.
“We wanted to show what a romantic town Telford is, by letting local people share their messages with everyone coming into the Centre over the next week.”

The hearts can be seen next to House of Fraser’s main entrance in New Row and will be in place up until Valentine’s Day.
Katie added: “For those struggling to think of the right love token for their Valentine, we have collated definitive His and Hers Gift Guides, posted on the Telford Shopping Centre website, packed with ideas to set the heart racing.
“But there is still time for us to add in a few more love letters, so anyone wishing to join in should pop along to the Customer Service desk to ask if they can add a message, to surprise someone special.”
At more than 1 million sq ft., Telford Shopping Centre is one of the UK’s largest covered shopping centres, boasting a huge range of fashion, food and homewares in more than 160 stores including big names House of Fraser, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Zara, Next, H&M and Boots.
