Rosa’s Thai Cafe founders plot another venue in London’s West End

The owners of London-based Far Eastern eatery, Rosa’s Thai Cafe, are set to open a new venue in the West End after securing a site at Seven Dials.

Located at 26 Earlham Street, the new venue will join Rosa’s founders, Saiphin and Alex Moore’s Lao Cafe, which recently opened at nearby Chandos Place.

Founded by the husband and wife duo, Thai Rosa’s first began life as a street food vendor in Brick Lane in 2006.

For their new venue, property agents Shelley Sandzer have secured the brand a 1,500 sq ft site at the West End leisure and shopping district hot on the heels of sealing a similar agreement for a 2,200 sq ft site on Atlantic Road in Brixton, last year.

The Brixton venue opened back in November while its new West End site is due to open imminently, adding to its line-up of seven London-based eateries.

Following confirmation of the deal, Sandzer Partner, Casey Phillips, said: “We are very happy to see Rosa’s Thai Cafe continue to grow. Located on a busy corner in the heart of the West End and complemented by the attractive boutiques of Seven Dials, it is an ideal next step for their expansion in the capital.”
