Pink Boutique appoints fellow Newcastle-based, female-led business to handle recruitment

Pink Boutique, the Newcastle-based e-commerce fashion business, has partnered with recruitment firm NRG to help it in achieve the next stage in its impressive growth journey to date.

The agreement, which brings together two of the city’s well known women-led businesses, will see NRG handle Pink Boutique’s recruitment as it looks to scale further.

The online fashion retailer, which was founded five years ago by Alice Hall with just a £90 investment, was recently named as the North East’s fastest-growing private firm for sales growth over the past three years.

With planned expansion into the US and Australia, the business is hoping to attract the right talent to help it succeed in new markets.
