AGR Development Awards Shortlist Announced

The Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) has revealed the shortlist for its annual Development Awards, which recognise and reward organisations committed to training and developing early talent.

Twenty employers, higher education institutions and suppliers to the industry have made the shortlist. BNP Paribas, The Smarty Train, Kingston University and the University of Southampton are all up for multiple awards.

A panel of learning and development professionals will judge the shortlist and the winners will be announced at the AGR Development Conference in London on Tuesday 14 March. As well as the awards presentation, the day-long event features a line-up of speakers, plenary and breakout sessions that will explore and challenge the world of student development. The AGR will also be launching the findings of its annual development survey.

Stephen Isherwood, Chief Executive at the AGR said: “These awards are an opportunity for organisations to showcase their people and development programmes that are industry leading. Every year the standard of entries gets higher, so those that have made the shortlist have already done exceptionally well.”
