New Manchester property firm Regency Residential starts work on 78-home Norwich scheme
Newly launched property consultancy and advisory firm Regency Residential is preparing to bring its latest development to market.
Working alongside strategic partner Intro Developments, the Manchester-based company is transforming Grosvenor House in Norwich into 78 new homes across a two-phase redevelopment and build plan.
The properties will include a mix of studios and one- and two-bed apartments.
Michael Fenlon, the firm’s sales and marketing director, said: “At Regency Residential we are incredibly excited about our second property launch of 2017, Grosvenor House, Norwich.
“The site will convert disused commercial space into much needed homes in an area with strong demand for high specification apartments.”
Regency Residential is directly involved in identifying, planning and developing all sites with Intro Developments.
The company boasts financial backing from private trusts and funds, which means investor cash is not required for any of its projects.

Rana Ashkar, Regency Residential’s business development manager, commented: “The combination of Regency Residential producing financially secure property investments and homes, alongside the prime location of Grosvenor House, makes this a key development.
“Regency Residential, along with strategic partner Intro Developments, has very much stepped in and saved the seven-storey building. Grosvenor House benefits from being just 200 metres from Norwich Railway Station on the main arterial route into the city and has major amenities on the doorstep.”
Despite only launching in recent months, the firm’s property pipeline already comprises 5,000 residential units across Manchester, Sheffield, London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Bristol and elsewhere in the UK.
