Former West Yorkshire Police properties hit the market
The Police and Crime Commissioner for West Yorkshire has appointed Carter Towler to sell two of its properties at Turnberry Park, Gildersome, south west Leeds.
Adjacent to the M62/M621, the buildings have recently been vacated by West Yorkshire Police which have relocated to new headquarters at Normanton, Wakefield.
Richard Fraser, Carter Towler director, commented: “We are really pleased to be acting on behalf of West Yorkshire Police with regard to the sale of Brabazon and Sunningdale House.
“We did in fact sell them the buildings 10 years ago, so it seems fitting that we will be assisting them with the sale.
“Carter Towler won this instruction via competitive tender and, we are confident these sizable properties have a lot of potential.
“There have already been some enquiries from companies expressing an interest in refurbishing or redeveloping them.”
The 28,350 sq ft Brabazon House and 12,245 sq ft, Sunningdale House both benefit from large secure car parks and are available for sale or to let.
