Manchester’s ITM Group UK develops system to help businesses unlock growth
A tech company in Manchester has created a customer data system it believes will help transform businesses’ growth potential.
Ducie Street-based ITM Group UK spent more than two years developing Adsertor, a real-time predictive analytics platform designed to enable firms to centralise all their data in one place.
According to ITM, Adsertor allows companies to build a complete picture of their customer base and make all marketing activity personalised and measurable.
Ahead of its official launch, the technology was piloted with Manchester e-retailer Aguri, North West hotel Northcote Manor and a number of other businesses.
Tim Roberts, the CEO of ITM Group UK, is the former boss of Manchester-based digital marketing agency I-COM.
He said: “Adsertor will have a transformational impact on the way SMEs do business increasing customer engagement, acquisition and retention.
“Collecting, visualising and exploring customer data is essential to every single business.”
He continued: “There is not a single sector that would not benefit from a much deeper understanding of their data and, as a result of the insights gained, being able to vastly improve customer experience. This, in turn, results in much higher sales conversion rates.”
Steven Ballard, a director at Aguri, commented: “Adsertor showed us which website pages weren’t converting. We’ve now redesigned these pages and conversions have improved.
“Using Adsertor, our conversion rate has gone from 0.25% to a weekly average of 4.00% in less than 12 months.”
