SThree appoints Crunch Accounting as an Approved Supplier
Crunch Accounting, the UK’s first and fastest-growing online accountancy firm, has been appointed as one of the approved suppliers by specialist recruitment agency SThree Group.
Under the new partnership (which launches today, 1 March), Crunch joins four other UK firms as a go-to accountancy provider for the 3,000+ people working under the SThree recruitment brands.
Crunch, the accountancy specialist for the UK’s micro-business, freelancers and contractors, has grown swiftly from under 10 employees to its current 180-strong team. It reported a 34% turnover increase in 2015 to 2016, and has also featured in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 list for the past two years running.
Founded in 1986, SThree is a world leader in the recruitment industry, with over 60 offices located in 18 countries, worldwide. SThree provides both permanent and contract staffing services across the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) industries.
Andy Hallett, Partner at SThree, commented on the appointment: “From the moment we started to speak with Crunch we were blown away by their enthusiasm and energy. Furthermore, their commitment to innovation and service, which matches our own organisational values, made them a natural choice.”
Darren Fell, CEO of Crunch Accounting, said: “I couldn’t be happier that we’ve been selected by SThree as an approved supplier. Partnering with a world leader in recruitment shows just how far we’ve come since launching in 2009 and is testament to the drive and determination of everyone at Crunch. The team at SThree are superb and we very much look forward to working with them.”
