Where there’s a will there’s wildlife
It’s Free Wills Month this March and, as part of this national campaign, Northumberland Wildlife Trust is encouraging wildlife-lovers to leave a small gift in their will to help it continue its valuable work in the region.
Across Northumberland, Newcastle and North Tyneside, Northumberland Wildlife Trust manages 60+ special wild places including wetlands, wildflower meadows and urban wildlife nature reserves. Gifts bequeathed to it in wills have enabled the Trust to protect wildlife which is all too often under threat.
Free Wills month is a national campaign offering members of the public aged 55 and over the opportunity to have their simple wills written or updated free of charge by using participating solicitors in selected locations around England, Scotland and Wales.
