Double Digit growth for Design Agency
A digital design agency is preparing to double its headcount in the northeast after re-locating in Newcastle.
TheTin, a Brand & Technology agency, was founded 15 years ago and employs 25 people in its central London office.
The company opened an office in the northeast 6 years ago following business expansion in the north. Clients include names such as O2,
PwC and Ronnie Wood.
Brand Director, Tim Harper said: “We originally opened an agency office in Newcastle with just one person and have gradually added more people to our digital development team based here.
“We plan to expand and double the headcount in Newcastle in the coming months due to growing demand, so felt it was the right time to move [from Generator Studios].
“We chose Hoults Yard because we want to work in a creative environment with likeminded people. The set up really appeals to our young development team.
“The Newcastle office is autonomous and separate to our London operation but there’s still lots of cross-over with the development teams in London too.
“We selected Newcastle as our home in the North thanks to support from Tech North and the Newcastle Gateshead Initiative and have been blown away by the buzzing, vibrant digital community here.”
