Macclesfield furniture company Broadstock lands uni contracts worth £1.5m
Office furniture business Broadstock is celebrating after securing contracts worth a combined £1.5m.
The Macclesfield-based company was chosen by the University of Kent for a project running until 2018 and worth around £1m.
At the same time, the firm signed a one-year extension to an existing eight-year deal with Leeds Beckett University, valued at £500k.
Broadstock said both contracts involve a combination of its services, including design consultation, budget analysis, stakeholder consultation and product suggestions, in addition to full delivery and installation services.
Jon Stoney, group sales director at Broadstock, said: “We’re delighted to have been awarded two separate extensions of single source contracts with Leeds Beckett University and the University of Kent.
“We believe it is testament to the talent and experience of our account management team, in-house design team, utilising our extensive product portfolio and delivery and installation service.”
