Last chance to buy at successful Beverley development

After a flurry of sales at David Wilson Homes’ Elm Tree Park development in Molescroft, Beverley, the leading luxury housebuilder is urging local buyers to act quick before the last remaining homes are snapped up.

The success of the site has seen 90% of the available properties to date sold on the development, with almost 50% of the purchases coming from local buyers, showing the property market in the area is thriving.

David Wilson Homes has now released its final properties at the development, which include luxury five bedroom homes that are perfectly located for easy access to both York and Hull. These include The Blackthorne, Buckingham and Maddoc.

Also available to purchase is the last Calder, an open-plan one bedroom property ideal for first time buyers, as well as the four bedroom Holden, a spacious detached home perfect for family living.

With Part Exchange and Help to Buy available on selected homes, and interest rates remaining low, the housebuilder is expecting properties to sell fast.

Sharon Hyde, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East, commented: “With the ideal location of the Elm Tree Park development, we’re not surprised that house hunters have moved quickly on these desirable homes. With a large proportion of buyers using the Help to Buy and Part Exchange offers, we expect to see the remaining properties sell fast. With these last remaining homes including one, four and five bedrooms, there really is something for everyone on offer. We’d like to invite anyone who is interested to come and look around the development for themselves before the last home is snapped up.”
