Creative agency and cable manufacturer acquire space at Premier Park in Trafford
Property advisor JLL has signed off on two deals at the nine-acre Premier Park development in Trafford Park.
Acting on behalf of Lothbury Property Trust, the company secured a deal with marketing and design agency Creation 360, which is taking a 7,663 sq ft unit at the industrial estate on a 10-year lease.
Additionally, cable manufacturer Cable Glands UK is expanding its presence at Premier Park, where it already operates from a 4,700 sq ft unit, after signing a co-terminus lease for a further 4,724 sq ft adjacent to its existing premises.
Following the two lettings, just one 11,145 sq ft unit at the 20-unit development is available.
JLL said a 15,000 sq ft unit at Premier Park is currently under offer.
The site’s current occupiers include the BBC, perfume retailer The Fragrance Shop and tea merchant Brew Tea Company.
JLL director Richard Johnson said: “Premier Park is currently best-in-class among secure, modern, multi-let estates on Trafford Park and indeed Greater Manchester.
“We have seen strong demand in the high quality estate and its position is helped as a result of very little competing space of its calibre on the market.”
He added: “With one unit under offer and the other receiving strong interest, we are hopeful Premier Park will be fully let over the next few months.”
JLL and B8RE are the joint agents on Premier Park.
