Dewsbury traffic management firm bought out of administration by TMS

The sale of Dewsbury-based Green Light Traffic Management to Traffic Management Services Ltd has been completed.

Mazars, the international accountancy and advisory firm, assisted in the acquisition.

Retford-based TMS specialises in traffic management operations and has completed the acquisition, for an undisclosed sum, of the trade and assets of Green Light Traffic Management which was placed into administration on Friday 17th March 2017.

Established in 1997 by Martin Parkin and Neil Davis, Green Light Traffic Management is a temporary traffic management business. The company’s work includes the design and implementation of large high speed sector schemes, through to lane closures, road closures, diversions or temporary traffic signals.

Following the acquisition, which was managed by the appointed administrators at Mazars, Green Light Traffic Management will become part of the TMS organisation.
