Regency Residential powers through with 100 apartment sales

Regency Residential has sold 100 apartments since launching earlier this year.

The Manchester property consultancy and advisory firm said combined sales tot up to approximately £14 million.

Regency Residential, with its strategic partner Intro Developments, has 5,000 units in planning across the UK.

The sales achieved so far by staff fall within five residential development schemes - Electra House in Swindon, Norman House, Derby, Acre House, Sale, Grosvenor House, Norwich and The Causeway, Altrincham.

Sales and marketing director of Regency Residential, Michael Fenlon said: “We are delighted with how the first two months have gone for Regency Residential.

“It has taken us two months from a standing start to do 100 sales which is no mean feat as it equates to around £14m worth of business.”

He added: “We have almost sold all of the apartments in these four key developments and have just launched a quality residential scheme in Norwich named Grosvenor House, while also being set to announce further developments in both Edinburgh, Bristol, Manchester and Sheffield.

“In other news, we have submitted plans for the eagerly anticipated Trafford Plaza scheme which is ideally situated within the Old Trafford area of Manchester and in close proximity to the prestigious football and cricket grounds. We have also put plans in to convert the 1970s Edinburgh office block Chesser House into apartments, giving new life to the popular suburb.”

Chris Burgess, business development manager, said he was thrilled to see that Regency Residential’s USPs are generating global interest.

“There’s so much excitement and quality in what we provide,” said Chris.

“It’s a massive thing to be where we are as we are a new company. People have trusted us and put money down with us to secure the reservations.

“As a company, we offer security and a high-quality standard of product, and are directly involved in identifying, choosing, planning and developing all sites with our partner Intro Developments. We believe it is unique, especially when compared with other companies in the investment market, as essentially our clients’ money is protected and not used to fund any of the build.”

Fenlon added: “We want to be selling around 5,000 to 15,000 properties a year internationally. And there’s no reason why we can’t as we offer secure and safe products – and only require a minimum payment of 10 per cent on exchange.

“Along with our partner, Intro Developments, we will continue to push to regenerate key areas of suburban towns by bringing forward new residential developments.”
